Repair Status

You can now check the status of your repairs! Your ticket will show your device, amount due, and repair status. Below are some of the status’ you will see.

In Queue – This status means your device is in queue.

In Transit – This status is used for devices that are mailed in.

Hold/Backordered – This status is used for devices that require parts to be ordered.

Ready For Pickup – Device is ready to be picked up.

Closed – Ticket has been paid in full and closed.

All you need to check the status of your ticket is your ticket number that will be issued when device is dropped off and your last name.
