By proceeding with any repair  you agree to the following:

  • Any manufacturer’s warranty offered on your video game console, desktop computer, laptop, cellular phone, iPod/mp3 players, and/or tablet will be VOID.
  • All repairs come with 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Physical/liquid damage is not covered under ANY warranty.
  • The customer is responsible for backing up all data prior to any repairs in the rare case of data loss. We are not responsible for any data loss.
  • All invoices must be paid within 30 days. Any invoice not paid within 30 days will be considered abandoned and sold to obtain lost profit.
  • Warranties only cover the parts replaced and not the entire unit. Water and/or physical damage is not covered under warranty.
  • A device that has been deemed to be water proof/resistant by the manufacturer will no longer be so once the repair has been initiated.
  • Liquid damage repairs are conducted for the purpose of data recovery only and DO NOT come with any warranty. Base rate will apply to all liquid damage repairs. Repairs conducted beyond data recovery will be subject to additional fees to be discussed prior to completion.
  • Data recovery jobs could take 3-6 weeks.
  • If our tamper proof warranty sticker has been tampered with, the warranty will be VOID. No exceptions.
  • All information provided to Coleman’s Mod & Repair will remain confidential.
  • Passwords are needed to test phones and tablets. While we test the phone or tablet we will remain out of your personal conversations, emails, photos, etc. We will only test all of the devices functions to ensure everything is working before and after the repair. We respect your privacy.
